All transactions are processed in USD (United States Dollars). If you are paying from a non-USD account, your financial institution may apply currency conversion fees.

Billing and Charges

When you place an order, your payment method is authorized at the time of checkout. Here is how billing works:

Authorization Hold

A temporary authorization hold is placed on your payment method when you submit your order. This hold verifies that sufficient funds are available but does not constitute a charge. The authorization will appear as a pending transaction on your statement.

Charge Timing

Your payment method is charged when your order is confirmed and enters the fulfillment process. For items that ship separately, you may see multiple charges corresponding to each shipment.

Order Total

The total amount charged includes the product price, applicable taxes, and any shipping fees. All applicable charges are displayed clearly during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Pricing and Taxes

Product Pricing

All product prices are listed in USD and do not include taxes or shipping unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated and applied at checkout based on the shipping destination and applicable state, county, and local tax rates. Tax-exempt customers may apply for tax-exempt status by contacting our customer support team with valid documentation.

Price Matching

We strive to offer competitive pricing. If you find an identical product at a lower price from an authorized retailer, contact our customer support team. We may match the price at our discretion, provided the comparison includes applicable shipping costs.

Installment Payments

We partner with select Buy Now, Pay Later providers to offer flexible installment payment options on qualifying purchases:

  • Split your purchase into equal installments with no hidden fees (subject to provider terms)
  • Interest-free options may be available for qualifying orders
  • Installment eligibility is determined at checkout by the payment provider based on their approval criteria
  • Late payment fees and terms are governed by the installment provider's policies, not ours

Please review the terms and conditions of the installment provider before selecting this payment option. We are not responsible for fees or interest charged by third-party payment providers.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined or fails during checkout, there are several common reasons and steps you can take:

  • Insufficient funds: Ensure your account has enough balance to cover the order total
  • Incorrect details: Double-check your card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address
  • Bank restrictions: Contact your bank to authorize the transaction, especially for large purchases or international transactions
  • Card limits: Your card may have daily or per-transaction spending limits set by your bank
  • Expired card: Verify that your card has not expired and update your payment information if needed

If the issue persists, try using an alternative payment method or contact our customer support team for assistance. We will never charge your account more than once for the same order.

Refund Payments

When a refund is issued, it is processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note the following:

  • Credit and debit card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days
  • PayPal refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days
  • Digital wallet refunds follow the processing timeline of the wallet provider
  • Installment payment refunds are applied according to the installment provider's refund policy
  • Bank processing times may vary; contact your financial institution if a refund has not appeared within the expected timeframe

For bulk purchases, wholesale accounts, and institutional orders, we offer flexible payment arrangements:

  • Custom pricing and volume discounts for qualifying bulk orders

  • Wire transfer and ACH payment options for large transactions
  • Purchase order (PO) acceptance for established business relationships
